My husband and I have been to a number of different mechanics in Hamilton/Ancaster area but have never felt more confident in leaving our car to get fixed than at Glendale. The whole team does a great job and they have wonderful customer service. They are always quick to offer rides wherever you need to go and lend a courtesy car. They give you a full email report of what has been worked on in your vehicle along with pictures and suggestions of future repairs. We are very impressed with Glendale and will be making them our #1 go to for all of our car repair needs.
Definitely 5 stars for customers service. Even though my repairs were done the staff still maintain a follow up. John called to check how everything was with me to see if there was any other problems I experienced. It was a nice surprise to have someone check in.
